If you are not completely satisfied with your Newborn Nursery.com purchase, please send it back to us. We'll be happy to make an exchange or issue you a refund for the original price paid when the item is returned to us within 30 days from the date on your invoice.

Refunds are issued in the original form of payment and are for merchandise only shipping will not be included. Returns submitted after 30 days will not be accepted.

To return or exchange your purchase, you MUST send the merchandise, Return Form and a copy of the invoice back to us.

At this time returns cannot be accepted at our stores.
